In-Store Pick-Up
Live nearby? You’re always welcome to pick up your order at the store!

We recommend calling ahead so we can help confirm your vehicle is large enough for your purchase

Furniture boxes are often much larger than expected and may not fit in most SUVs

A few important things to know:

We can help load your furniture, but customers are responsible for making sure items are secured safely before leaving

We cannot assist with tying furniture to roof racks or cargo tops

Once furniture leaves with customer pick-up, we cannot guarantee against damage during transport

- Eligible parcel orders over $75 ship FREE within the continental U.S. Exclusions apply to oversized items, furniture, and specialty freight shipments.

Many of our larger nursery furniture items require specialized freight shipping to ensure they arrive safely.
How Furniture Ships

Freight Delivery Details

Standard freight delivery is curbside delivery unless otherwise arranged

Inside delivery may be available in certain areas for an additional charge

Inside delivery typically includes placement just inside the first threshold of the home or garage

Assembly, room setup, stair carries, and packaging removal are not included
Freight Inspection Requirements
Please inspect all freight deliveries carefully upon arrival.

Any visible damage must be noted with the delivery driver before signing

Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Original packaging must be retained for any freight claim or return request
